About the Awards

For 20 years, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global has recognized outstanding leadership through its Awards of Excellence in corporate real estate. The Awards Gala allows the Corporate Real Estate community to recognize those individuals and companies advancing the profession. Award Winners will be announced in front of 300 CRE professionals at the Awards Dinner on September 25th, and winners will be posted on the Chapter website and in the Chapter e-announcements.

The Awards of Excellence have established themselves as one of the most sought-after celebrations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition to the awards announcement at the Gala, winners enjoy promotion on the Mid-Atlantic website and at educational and networking events throughout the year. Now is the time to consider nominating a project, individual, company, or partnership in one of the award categories.

Meet Our 2024 Judges Committee

Each year, we recruit a panel of senior corporate real estate leaders as our independent judges to review and score nomination submissions. Judges from outside the Mid-Atlantic Chapter are chosen for their expertise in corporate real estate to award the most deserving winners of each category. We truly appreciate the time and effort they put into selecting the winners.
