ABOUT THE AWARDS

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global has recognized outstanding leadership through its Awards of Excellence in Corporate Real Estate. The Awards Gala allows the Corporate Real Estate community to recognize those individuals and companies advancing the profession. Award Winners will be announced in front of 250 CRE professionals at the Awards Dinner on October 14th, and winners will be posted on the Chapter website and in the Chapter e-announcements.

The Awards of Excellence have established themselves as one of the most sought-after celebrations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition to the awards announcement at the Gala, winners enjoy promotion on the Mid-Atlantic website and at educational and networking events throughout the year. Now is the time to consider nominating a project, individual, company, or partnership in one of the award categories.

Each nomination submission must be completed via the online Nomination Form and address the award criteria below. All written responses must specifically answer the nomination criteria for the submission to be complete. Criteria are presented as questions in the nomination form to clarify how to develop a response and, specifically, what judges will review, measure, and score. Therefore, please include specific examples demonstrating the achievement for each criterion. We strongly encourage you to submit a proposal highlighting measurable results that drive value for the CRE organization and its processes, procedures, and workplace.

Each submission may be no longer than 4 pages total. Workplace submissions must include at least 10 photos. Please also submit headshots and firm logos alongside the project images.

Only nominations for individuals who are members in good standing of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global will be considered. If nominating a company or team, at least one person must be a member in good standing of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global. Additionally, members of the Chapter Executive Committee are not eligible for nomination.
