Please join us for this exciting program where we will showcase and discuss how a real estate and workplace project can be a co-creative endeavor with a business unit in the midst of its own a creative revolution. T. Rowe Price took an underutilized portion of its real estate portfolio (a raw warehouse section of the disaster recovery site), and renovated it into a vibrant and transformative aspect of the TRP business model.
The event will take place at the newly created T. Rowe Price Maryland Innovation Center. The evening’s event will feature Dennis Elliott, Head of Execution for the Innovation Center, who was the driving force within T. Rowe Price for the creation of the methodology used in the Innovation Center; Ehren Gaag, Design Principal from Gensler Baltimore, and Margaret Maschal, Project Planner from the T. Rowe Price Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Solution group.
