Samantha “Sam” Fisher has been with Capital One’s real estate organization, Workplace Solutions, for 10 years. She has over 20 years of experience leading and managing programs, service integrations, service + process delivery, and technology adoption. She has a keen eye for understanding the human element of the workplace and developing strategies that are customer focused.
Her team is accountable for all facets of an associate’s workplace experience at Capital One, including Workplace Strategy, Associate Services, Sustainability, and Marketing + Communications. Sam is also a key stakeholder in the real estate technology journey and accountable for ensuring an immersive and seamless experience across the service and technology platforms.
