About the Awards

For the past 18 years, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global has recognized outstanding leadership through its Awards of Excellence in corporate real estate. The Awards serve as an opportunity for the Corporate Real Estate community to recognize those individuals and companies who are advancing the profession. Award Winners will be announced in front of 350+ CRE professionals at the Black-Tie Awards Dinner on May 18^th at the Capital One Hall, and winners will be posted on Chapter website for 2022 year as well as in a Chapter e-announcements and e-newsletter.

The Awards of Excellence have established themselves as one of the most sought-after in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition to the awards ceremony, winners of these awards enjoy promotion on the Mid-Atlantic website, in the digital newsletter, and at educational and networking events throughout the year. Now is the time to consider nominating a project, individual, company or organization in one of the award categories.

Each nomination submission must be completed using the online Nomination Form addressing the award criteria detailed below.

All written responses must specifically answer the nomination criteria for the submission to be complete.  Criteria is stated as a question within the nomination form to highlight how to best develop a response and specifically, what judges will review, measure and score.  Therefore, please include specific examples demonstrating the achievement for each criterion.   We strongly encourage your submission to highlight measurable results that drive value to the CRE organization and its processes, procedures, and workplace.   

Each submission may be no longer than 3 pages total.  Workplace submissions may include up to 4 photos. Please also attach high resolution headshots and firm logos with project images for submission.

Only nominations for individuals who are members in good standing of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global will be considered. If nominating a company, at least one person must be a member in good standing of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global. Additionally, members of the Chapter Executive Committee cannot be nominated.
